AI employee marketing site

Gomer

Gomer is an AI employee that lives inside a team's Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of business tools, and does the work — pulling reports, building dashboards, running campaigns, shipping code — rather than only answering questions. Volanta Labs designed and built its marketing site end to end: product positioning and messaging, information architecture, visual and interaction design, a token-driven design system, and the full front-end in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. The site is structured to move a visitor from “what is this” to “can I trust it” to “let's go” across home, product, enterprise, comparison and case-study pages.

  • Data-driven comparison framework — a new competitor page is a data task, not a rebuild
  • Filterable, outcome-forward case studies so buyers find a team like theirs
  • Enterprise page answering security, IT and procurement in plain language
  • Token-based design system the founding team can extend after handoff
  • Accessible throughout: semantic structure, ARIA, keyboard control, reduced-motion fallbacks

Multi-channel e-commerce operations

Packit

Packit is a multi-channel e-commerce operations platform built by Volanta Labs. It connects a seller's Amazon and eBay accounts through the Amazon SP-API and eBay API, then keeps inventory, orders, shipping and channel data in sync in real time. The build covers the full operator surface: an order dispatch queue that segments unprocessed, unshipped, cancelled and pending orders; a cross-channel analytics dashboard tracking revenue, units sold, average order value and return rate; and inventory health monitoring with low-stock alerts. Background synchronisation runs on Sidekiq so marketplace API calls never block the interface.

Compliance services platform

NYBVC

NYBVC is a New York City building-violation resolution platform built by Volanta Labs for a compliance services business. Property owners search by BIN, address or violation number and see every open DOB and ECB violation on a building, then add them to a cart and pay. The build includes a multi-channel payment flow that delivers Square checkout links over SMS and WhatsApp via Twilio, a partner-spotlight product page, and a marketing site covering all five boroughs. Framer Motion drives the interface animation throughout.

Cloud ERP suite

MunshiOnClick

MunshiOnClick (MOC) is a cloud-based ERP platform built by Volanta Labs for businesses in Pakistan. It serves manufacturing, distribution, real estate, retail and services companies from one system, covering accounting, inventory, payroll, point of sale, CRM and operations. The build spans a large authenticated application surface: a dashboard reporting daily payables and receivables, sales and purchase modules, expense and campaign tracking, user and staff management, and combined monthly and yearly reporting with interactive charts. Long-running report generation and scheduled jobs are handled by Sidekiq.

AI repricing SaaS

Price Optimizer Pro

Price Optimizer Pro is an AI-driven Amazon repricing SaaS built by Volanta Labs. Rather than racing competitors to the bottom, it detects when competing sellers run out of stock and raises prices accordingly, so sellers win margin rather than just the Buy Box. The platform connects through the Amazon SP-API and gives sellers a catalogue view across thousands of SKUs with per-listing cost, profit, margin, ranking, Buy Box status and repricing strategy. It also surfaces inventory allocation by units, cost and retail value, brand-level ROI reporting, and a live repricer activity log. Built on a React front end with a NestJS back end.

  • AI repricing that raises prices when competitors go out of stock
  • Catalogue view across 1,000+ SKUs with live profit and margin
  • Brand-level ROI and inventory allocation reporting
  • Live repricer activity log with per-change reasoning

Common questions

What has Volanta Labs built?

Volanta Labs has built Gomer, the marketing site for an AI employee that works inside Slack and Microsoft Teams; Packit, a multi-channel e-commerce operations platform syncing inventory and orders across Amazon and eBay; NYBVC, a New York City building-violation resolution platform; MunshiOnClick, a cloud ERP for businesses in Pakistan; and Price Optimizer Pro, an AI repricing platform for Amazon FBA sellers.

What technologies does Volanta Labs work with?

Volanta Labs builds with Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq for back-end and background processing, React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, NestJS for Node services, and Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap for styling. The studio has shipped production integrations with the Amazon SP-API, the eBay API, Square payments, Twilio SMS and WhatsApp, and NYC Open Data.

Does Volanta Labs build marketplace and e-commerce integrations?

Yes. Volanta Labs has built two production Amazon integrations: Packit, which syncs inventory, orders and shipping across Amazon and eBay through the Amazon SP-API and eBay API, and Price Optimizer Pro, an AI repricing platform that raises prices when competitors run out of stock. Both handle marketplace rate limits and partial failures by running synchronisation as background jobs, so slow API responses never block the interface.

Can I see Volanta Labs' work live?

Yes. Four of the studio's projects are publicly accessible: Gomer, NYBVC, MunshiOnClick and Price Optimizer Pro all have live sites linked from each project above. Packit is an internal operations platform and is not publicly available.

What kinds of clients does Volanta Labs build for?

Volanta Labs builds for startups and operating businesses that need production software rather than a prototype: AI startups needing a marketing presence, e-commerce sellers running multi-channel operations, compliance and services firms, and software vendors selling ERP or SaaS products. Projects range from a marketing site built end to end to multi-tenant platforms handling live financial data.
